We haven't worked together yet. I'm a Clinical Therapist who teaches grieving adults outside traditional 1:1 therapy and the insurance medical necessities - to help you thrive when the grief boomerang revisits.

My Background

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 8 years, private practice psychotherapist for over 5 years…And as a previous grief counseling client myself…

I noticed something
important.

Despite the health and emotional transformation they tried to gain, they felt highly frustrated by generic boxed-in grief support. Then they realized insurance demands and functional progress not happening fast enough complicated “getting over grief” without clear untangling directions. 

 The lesson learned is that spousal and partner grief has no check boxes to tick-off because the grieving ebbs and flows and ways of bereavement are unique to each person. No calendar determines this.
